Let start my official boring post from this question
What kind of customer will make you most dulan.
For me today, i served a customer that make me so dulan that i promise i would never serve him agian if he come back.
The most dulan customer is not those who did not buy item from you but still talk lot of crap with you
It is someone who do buy thing from you but do not listen to your advise becuase he think you are too navie to advise him wat to buy and buy the wrong item that he wanted and come back KPKB say why did i want to sell him that bloody item when it does not fit want he really want.
This is the fuking 2nd time i met with and would make me so dulan until i don't want to sell him anymore stuff.
So don't be this kind of ppl, listen to the shopkeeper advise too. They are more proffesional then you can imagine.
